- Waitlist & Newsletter: email address and signup source when you join the WatchHUE waitlist.

- Payment Information: billing address and payment method details when you subscribe to premium services or purchase content. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not store full credit card numbers.
- Creator Submissions: name, email, portfolio links, and any materials submitted through creator application forms.

- Transaction Data: retained as required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping laws (typically 7 years).

When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
